They then combine this with raw, unrefined, organic cane sugar and organic rice powder to produce an award winning, velvety smooth, milk chocolate flavour that just melts in the mouth. Unlike conventional milk chocolate Moo Free use more cocoa, which means these bar have a massive 45% cocoa and lower sugar content. Being made from Dominican Republic cocoa, these bars have a lovely fruity note.
Because of the strict, allergen-controlled manufacturing processes in the Moo Free factories, we can be sure that each of these chocolate bars is also dairy-free, gluten-free and soya-free. Finally, as with all their chocolates these bars are certified 100% vegan.
