Magnificently buttery sun-ripened organic avocados. For topping toast, mashing into guacamole or whizzing into smoothies.
These organic avocados are buttery, delicate and very creamy – adding flavour and rich goodness to all sorts of dishes. Grown in the sun by organic farmers in Spain half the year, and Peru the other half, then transported by ship (we never airfreight), ripening as they go. They’ll need to ripen a bit more at home; to speed it along, pop them in a paper bag with a ripe banana, until they give to a gentle squeeze.
How to prepare
Add to salads, sandwiches and smoothies; make the best organic guacamole; or, for an easy meal, mash onto toast with a squeeze of lemon and a scrunch of seasoning.
Avocados will ripen after picking. To speed up ripening put in fruit bowl with a ripe banana.
