Who is Freja Foods?

Freja Foods was founded by husband-and-wife team, Ed and Jess. They wanted to create delicious, nutritious fast food, with no additives that could feed their family of six, but also it had to be sustainable, have a long shelf-life and meet high animal-welfare standards!

They decided upon creating bone broth products, which they remembered from their childhood, and Freja was born.

What is bone broth?

Bone broth is the origin of soup and involves the simmering of animal bones for extended periods. This process, discovered by our ancestors, extracts vital nutrients and rich flavours from the bones, creating a highly nutritious and tasty broth.
