The Viridikid Liquid Vitamin D3 Drops are an easy-to-use liquid form of Vitamin D with a tasty orange flavour for children. Vitamin D is very important for children as it helps to maintain healthy bones, teeth, muscle function and immune function. During winter periods, vitamin D can't be produced by our bodies from sunlight as the sun is too low in the sky. Public Health England recommends supplementation of 400iu vitamin D to maintain bone and muscle health. Viridian Liquid Vitamin D drops provide vitamin D3 in a vegan form.

Directions for use:
Using the dropper add 0.5ml daily to food or drink or as recommended by your health professional.
Suitable for use from birth onwards. However, additional vitamin D should not be given to infants consuming 500ml or more of infant formula daily.
