Meet Luchiano
Luchiano was born in Argentina, coming to the UK in 2014. He wasn't always a bread maker but always liked cooking, especially Italian and loved making pizza dough.
In 2021, after suffering with anxiety and depression he started making sourdough bread as a hobby. Starting small, gifting his bread to friends and neighbours, he honed his skill, building his knowledge and love of artisan baking.
He subsequently became chief baker at a restaurant in Lynmouth and opened Lucho Bakes, delivering artisan bread to outlets across North Devon.
